SPRING and SUMMER DINNER MENU



Sweet Onion Chicken


Grilled breast of chicken topped with carmelized sweet onions
& sundried tomatoes in a balsamic sauce.  Served with dill garlic
roasted red potatoes and Vegetable of the Moment  $16.                         

 Chicken and Penne

Fresh asparagus, cherry tomatoes, capers and grilled sliced chicken breast tossed with penne, garlic, white wine and olive oil.  Topped with cashews and served with garlic bread.  $16.                                          

Bleu Cheese and Sage Chicken

Chicken breast stuffed with fresh sage leaves from our garden and topped with creamy bleu cheese sauce.  Served with rice & Vegetable of the Moment.  $16.                     

Lamb Chop Lollypops

White chocolate wash under eight pops with a drizzle of raspberry reduction andfinished with dill garlic roasted red potatoes and Vegetable of the Moment  $23.                                          

Succulent Tips of Beef

Tender beef herb-dusted and grilled to order and set atop rice and  finished with a red wine reduction.  Presented with our Vegetable of the Moment.  $23.                                                                    

Rib Eye Steak

Sixteen Ounces of bone-in U.S. Choice aged beef  grilled, finished with garlic and served with dill garlic roasted potatoes and fresh Vegetable of the Moment.  $23.   TO MAKE IT EVEN MORE MEMORABLE ADD:  Blue cheese, Portobello Mushrooms or a skewer of five Cajun-grilled Shrimp   $3.00 each

Vegi-Terranean

Eggplant layered lasagna style with Mediterranean stuffing of rice, cashews, raisins, roasted red peppers and capers with Parmesan cheese.  A vegetarian delight.Served with Vegetable of the Moment.  $16.

Black and White  Salmon

Black and white sesame seeds coat a filet of Salmon seared medium and finished with wasabi soy sauce vinaigrette and  presented with rice and Vegetable of the Moment.  $18.

Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Grilled filet of salmon finished with a Tremblay Apiary honey glaze and served with dill garlic roasted potatoes and Vegetable of the Moment.  $18.   

Savory Scallops

Scallops gently poached in our light homemade white wine cream sauce with mushrooms and artichoke hearts and presented over penne pasta  $18.  

Shrimp & Scallops

Napped in a creamy tomato sauce served over penne pasta  $18.                     

Parmesan Haddock Filet

Haddock first baked to tender perfection then topped with a parmesan garlic crust, broiled to a golden brown and finished with fresh lemon and zest. Served with dill garlic roasted red potatoes and Vegetable of the Moment   $18.                                              

Shrimp Scampi

A dozen plump shrimp sautéed in white wine and garlic butter and tossed with penne pasta.  Served with two slices of crunchy garlic bread.   $18.
